Weekly rates are charged with reduced rates for long term bookings – 8 weeks and over. The standard weekly rate (as at 1 January 2004) is $125 for the first week and $84 per week thereafter. These rates are subject to change without notice.

The minimum booking period is one week, except for December and January, when a two week minimum booking period may apply. All bookings are subject to housesitter availability, so please get in early for school holiday and Christmas bookings.

Prior to the commencement of a housesit, both the homeowner and Simply Sitting sign an agreement setting out terms and conditions.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Cancellation and early termination fees may also apply.

Please phone or email us with your dates, location and description of pets, if any. We will then organise a mutually convenient time to meet at your property to discuss the detail of your requirements, answer your questions, and go through the agreement that is signed by the homeowner and Simply Sitting, prior to the start of a housesit.
